Fiona O'Leary
Owner and Lead Physiotherapist

I have over 17 years experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. I have worked in a number of private practices in both Ireland, the UK and in New Zealand. I am especially interested in low back pain and this works well with my pilates training.
My journey into womens health started in 2017 following the birth of my son, and the realisation that us mums need a bit more post natal care! I am a Mummy MOT practitioner with a particular interest in treating women with pelvic floor dysfunction and abdominal separation. I complete regular post graduate training to ensure I stay up to date on the latest research and offer the best treatment I can.
I have been teaching pilates for over 15 years and teach both classes and 1-2-1 sessions both in matwork and reformer. I also run a post natal rehab & restore class- to ensure mums the best start returning to exercise post natally! All of this is balanced out with the juggle that is being mum to 2 awesome boys!
