Pilates is a mix of strength and flexibility exercises that aims to improve your postural awareness and focus on identifying and working your core stability system. Some of the many benefits include:

Exercises are mat based and some may use small pieces of equipment to add resistance or support as needed. You will also be given a home exercise programme detailing exercises for you to practice in order maximise the benefits.
I offer a range of classes, from beginners to post natal. 1-2-1 sessions are also available.
