Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a health practice dedicated to restoring and maintaining functional movement, reducing pain and promoting overall well-being and musculoskeletal health.
It involves a ‘whole body’ approach to health and well being, which puts you at the center of your own care.
Through a combination of education, hands on treatment and exercise we will help you return to what you love doing, whether it's after an injury, recovering from surgery or managing a long-term condition.
It is science-based and I make sure to stay up to date on the latest research to ensure you are getting the best treatment.

What to expect at your session
Your initial assessment will last up to an hour. You will be asked a number of questions regarding your injury (e.g. when/how it started, your symptoms, what makes it worse/better), and about your general health, any medications you are taking, and hobbies/interests. The injured area will then be assessed, looking at range of movement and muscle strength/length, and a treatment plan will be decided based on findings and discussed with you. You will leave with a personal rehab programme to start you on the road to recovery!
