Pilates is a mix of strength and flexibility exercises that aims to improve your postural awareness and focus on identifying and working your core stability system. Some of the many benefits include:

Exercises are mat based and some may use small pieces of equipment to add resistance or support as needed. You will also be given a home exercise programme detailing exercises for you to practice in order maximise the benefits.
I offer a range of classes, from beginners to post natal. 1-2-1 sessions are also available.
Group matwork classes
I offer small group classes, max of 10 per class, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Classes are an hour long and focus on strengthening (with a focus on your core), improving posture and balance as well as lots of gorgeous stretches. Classes are all easily modified to ensure you are working at the perfect level for you. All you have to bring is your mat! Classes run term time only and booking is essential .

1-2-1 sessions
Whether you are just starting out on your pilates journey or starting rehab post injury or surgery, a private session is ideal. These bespoke sessions are tailored specifically to you. With each session we can progress your exercises, add and increase resistance, challenge your balance and stability ensuring you take great steps towards your goals.
As with all my pilates classes, they are led by an experienced physiotherapist. Sessions can be either mat-based or use the reformer. These sessions are an hour long and can be booked online.
