Fiona O'Leary
Owner and Lead Physiotherapist

I qualified from Coventry University as a physiotherapist in 2007. Since then I have worked in a number of private practices in both Ireland, the UK and in New Zealand, specialising in both musculoskeltal and womens health.
I have been working in womens health since 2017 following the birth of my son, and the realisation that us mums need a bit more post natal care! I am also a recognised Mummy MOT practitioner with a particular interest in treating postnatal women with pelvic floor dysfunction or abdominal separation. I complete regular post graduate training to ensure I stay up to date on the latest research and offer the best treatment I can.
I have been teaching pilates for over 13 years and teach both classes and 1-2-1 sessions. All of this is balanced out with the juggle that is being mum to 2 awesome boys!
