Fiona O'Leary
Owner and Lead Physiotherapist

Fiona qualified from Coventry University as a physiotherapist in 2007. Since then she has worked in a number of private practices in both Ireland, the UK and in New Zealand, specialising in musculoskeltal and sports injuries.
She has completed numerous postgraduate courses, including pilates and cognitive functional therapy and has a special interest in back pain. She has also completed additional training in Women's Health, and is a recognised Mummy MOT practitioner with a particular interest in treating postnatal women who have pelvic floor problems or abdominal separation. She has over 11 years experience teaching pilates at a variety of levels, from 1-2-1 sessions to group classes. This is all balanced out with being Mum to two awesome little boys.
