Fiona qualified as a physiotherapist in 2007. Since then she has worked in a number of private practices in both Ireland and the UK, as well as in Christchurch, New Zealand.
She has previously working both pitch-side at matches and at a weekly clinic for a local rugby club in Bristol. She also has experience working with both dancers and musicians, having worked at Laban Health, a clinic within Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in Greenwich.
She has completed numerous postgraduate courses, including pilates and cognitive functional therapy, and has a special interest in back pain. She has also completed additional training in Women's Health, and is a Mummy MOT practitioner. She has over 10 years experience teaching pilates at a variety of levels, from 1-2-1 sessions to group classes. She is registered with the CSP, HCPC and the AACP.
