What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. Following a detailed assessment any findings and a treatment plan will be explained. Physiotherapists can treat a wide range of conditions from sprains and strains to more chronic problems. We are both HCPC and CSP registered. By choosing both a chartered and HCPC registered Physiotherapist you are choosing a healthcare professional with a University degree who has demonstrated the highest standards of excellence in clinical care. The treatments which are provided are all evidence based, ensuring the highest level of care.

What to expect at your session
Your initial assessment will last between 30-45mins. You will be asked a number of questions regarding your injury (e.g. when/how it started, your symptoms, what makes it worse/better), and about your general health, any medications you are taking, and hobbies/interests. The injured area will then be assessed, looking at range of movement and muscle strength/length, and a treatment plan will be decided based on findings and discussed with you. You will leave with a personal rehab programme to start you on the road to recovery!
Initial assessment £50 and follow ups £40
We are registered with most of the main insurance companies.
