What to expect at your session
Your initial assessment will last between 45-60mins. You will be asked a number of questions regarding your injury (e.g. when/how it started, your symptoms, what makes it worse/better), and about your general health, any medications you are taking, and hobbies/interests. The injured area will then be assessed, looking at range of movement and muscle strength/length, and a treatment plan will be decided based on findings and discussed with you. You will leave with a personal rehab programme to start you on the road to recovery!
Initial assessment £50 and follow ups £40
We are registered with most of the main insurance companies.
